By accessing this website or engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services Provided
Fiorella Oldani offers life and business coaching services including one-on-one sessions, multi-session programs, and speaking and facilitation engagements. Coaching is a professional relationship designed to help clients clarify goals, develop strategies, and take meaningful action.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require psychological treatment, please seek the support of a licensed mental health professional.
3. Booking and Payment
- All sessions must be booked through the scheduling system provided on this website.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Agreed prices for confirmed engagements will not change.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Individual sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
- Programs: Cancellation terms for multi-session programs are outlined in your individual coaching agreement.
- Speaking engagements: Cancellation terms are outlined in the event agreement signed at booking.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared in coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Fiorella Oldani will not disclose client information to any third party without written consent, except where required by law.
Clients are also asked to keep the content of sessions confidential and not to share recordings, notes, or materials without prior written consent.
6. Client Responsibilities
Coaching outcomes depend significantly on client participation and effort. By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Show up on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
- Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
Fiorella Oldani does not guarantee specific results. The client is responsible for the outcomes of any decisions or actions taken.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, design, and materials provided during coaching — is the intellectual property of Fiorella Oldani / Oldani Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiorella Oldani and Oldani Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our coaching services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Testimonials and Endorsements
Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experiences of past clients and are not a guarantee of future results. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
